Placement support will be provided to all trainees who have successfully completed their training programs and awarded their certification. Following is the step-by-step guide on the placement support process that will be provided by Virinchi Learning:

1. Virinchi Group Companies / Partner Companies have the ability to view Trainee profiles by logging in to the Virinchi Leaning web portal that is to be available 24/7.
2. Trainee profiles are shortlisted for the interview at Virinchi Group Companies/Partner Companies.
3. Shortlisted trainees attend interviews and get placed.
4. Trainee profiles get updated after the placement with the current designation, contact, and employer details for future reference.
